Dave Patton is organizing this year’s jersey order, and all jerseys must be paid in advance. To reserve yours, send payment via e-transfer to mhcanuck@gmail.com (auto deposit enabled), then email your jersey size to the same email with the exact spelling of the name you’d like added.

• One, both, or no name at all — your choice!
